Bucco {IWC’s} earn more than $9,000.00 per month and more than 100K annually after 6 months with the firm. We also employ a team of Independent Marketing Representatives {IMR's} who earn Commissions of more than $3,000.00 per month by marketing and promoting our services. The primary function of our IMR’s is to provide us with “Qualified Referrals”. Our IMR’s enjoy a Permanent Residual Commission of 10% of each sale their referrals provide.
